RECAS was established in 2008. In the ensuing 16 years, the firm has grown to serve an increasingly diverse and extensive clientele in both the private and public sectors. Historically, our work focused on residential and commercial design and construction.
We believe that a successful project is best achieved through effective partnerships of all stakeholders with the common goal of optimizing functional and market viability through a creative design process.
We work together with our clients and function as a collaborative member of their project team. We are dedicated to understanding our clients’ specific economic and functional goals. We adopt them as our own and work together with them towards implementation.
Our Team
We on RECAS are practicing Integrated Design Process. A collaboration of multidisciplinary teams that apply technical knowledge and experiences to tackle complex design and engineering challenges, delivering wholistic solutions on client’s requirements. We cater architectural design, engineering, planning, landscape design, interior design, environmental graphics and wayfinding, green architecture, visual merchandising, and small-scale construction.
Recent department additions have allowed RECAS to now offer clients Environmental Graphics Design and Mixed-use Development Planning services. As well as our modern architectural and engineering services, RECAS can prepare pre-design feasibility studies, cost analyses, and site location evaluations. RECAS also assists Clients in preparing Design-Build and/or Construction Management Tender packages and providing them with related construction administration services.
